Connection heads
Connection heads are used to connect temperature sensors and extension wires. They not only protect the connection, but also are easy to install, allowing access to the terminal block or transmitter. Connection heads are also referred to as thermoheads or thermocouple heads.
Kamet supplies a large range of connection heads made of various materials for every industry such as laboratorium, food, chemical, steel plants. Not only the regular die casting Aluminium but also cast Iron, Polyamide and brass for Ex and non Ex applications.
"A" type connection head, made of aluminum.
- Accommodates "B" and "A" type terminal blocks or transmitters.

B" type connection head, made of aluminum, Polyamide Stainless steel or cast Iron.

"M" and "L" type connection head, made of aluminum.
- Accommodates "M" type terminal blocks or transmitters.
- Temperature range: -40÷100˚C - oil proof rubber-40÷150˚C - silicon rubber
- Maximum space for transmitter: Ø 35,0 x 12,0 mm
- Protection degree: IP 53 to 68
"A" & "B" type connection head, made of aluminum and Polyamide.
- Accommodates "B" type terminal blocks or transmitters.
- Coating: yellow chromating and chemically resistant paint
