Transmitters and Signal convertors
Kamet supplies, in line of the thermocomponentes for temperature sensors, also electronic and process control devices for a lot of different solutions for the industrial automation through. A wide range of products composed of : Transmitters, Digital and Analogue Temperature Converters, Galvanic Isolators, Signal Doublers, Current Loop Isolators and Digital Indicators.
Transmitters (head or rail mounted)
- Analog – Simple basic transmitters with limited adjustments. Output: current (mA) or voltage (V).
- Programmable – Universal PC-programmable transmitters. Different input types. Special functions. Output: current (mA) or voltage (V).
- HART transmitters – Same as Programmable, but with remote programming on the output loop. Output: current (mA)
- Fieldbus transmitters – Similar to Programmable. All communication (output and programming) is digital over a network called Fieldbus.
2 Wire transmitters

2 wires for power and output
Advantages:
- Lower price and installation costs
- Direct to PLC, DCS
- Small dimensions
- Mounting in Ex-zone
Disadvantages:
- Limitations in supply voltage and output
4 Wire Transmitters

4 wires: 2 for power and 2 for output
Advantages:
- Big variety of supply voltage and output
- Enough power for additional functions
Disadvantages:
- Higher price and installation costs
- Bigger dimensions
